Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 10, 2026

Welcome to Quogue Flower Shop. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our floral arrangements, or booking our custom plant care and event services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order or submitting an inquiry.

The website located at www.quogueflowershop.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by Quogue Flower Shop ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Floral Product Substitutions & Variations

At Quogue Flower Shop, every arrangement is a one-of-one bespoke creation.

  • Natural Variations: Because flowers are living, natural products, there will be variations in color, size, and shape. Online photos represent a style, theme, and price point, not an exact replica.

  • Substitutions: Seasonal availability and market supply fluctuate. We reserve the right to substitute specific stems or vessels with components of equal or greater value to ensure your arrangement meets our strict quality standards.

2. Delivery Policies & Liabilities

We provide daily floral delivery services to Quogue, Westhampton, Southampton, and surrounding Hamptons communities.

  • Accuracy of Information: The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, gate codes, and recipient contact information. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Recipient Availability: Fresh flowers are highly perishable. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our couriers will look for a safe, shaded location (such as a covered porch) to leave the arrangement. We are not liable for damage, theft, or weather-related deterioration of arrangements once left at the designated delivery address.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Daily Floral Orders: Cancellations or modifications to standard bouquet orders must be requested at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Refunds will not be issued for orders canceled past this window.

  • Weddings & Private Events: Custom event designs require a formal, signed service contract and non-refundable deposit. Cancellation, postponement, and structural change terms for events are governed strictly by the specific contract executed for that event.

4. Plant Care, Repotting & Custom Arrangements

  • Service Scope: Our plant care, indoor/outdoor repotting, and custom succulent installations are tailored based on consultations.

  • Post-Service Plant Health: While we provide expert horticultural care, use premium soil components, and advise on proper care routines, the long-term survival of any plant depends entirely on its environment and ongoing maintenance (watering, light, humidity). Quogue Flower Shop offers no explicit or implied warranty on plant longevity post-delivery or post-service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quogue Flower Shop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, the inability to use our services, or unauthorized access to customer data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these Terms must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of New York.
